Hong Kong Disneyland Part 2

We keep moving forward, opening new doors, and doing new things, because we’re curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths. Walt Disney

There are choices which kept me alive for doing them. This is one of those. My eyes exquisitely witnessed the outcome. Entering this man-made construction is something to treasure for the rest of my life. I was very much pleased for joining the forces of fantasy.

I especially like the longest road detailed with the shades of maroon and grey bricks.  People of Asian and Caucasian descent, the young ones and the young once, sat at the side of the longest road waiting for the most anticipated highlight of the day. Colors popped everywhere. The fashion people moved in different directions doing their personal catwalks. And I was captivated by every beautiful masterpiece placed on this magical land.

Digital cameras, tablets, phones were on each hand, focusing on the characters we only see in movies. The grand entrance of parade stirred the excitement of the tourists. It was surreal how the flashes of the famous were happening. The momentous event left me astounded especially when two Filipinos started to hit the trash cans they considered the drums. There was the circus band, the floats, the flowers all wrapped in artistic designs, uniquely enticing us to exude our best smiles. My wonder was great considering that I am not a youngster anymore. The best moment was the face of a princess I’ve dreamed to meet face to face. She was there, as beautiful as the noonday sun, folding her hands, creating the shape of the heart. It was telling me to value what I forgot. She is Belle. If the time stopped that day, I wouldn’t mind. There was something about this parade that left me speechless. Everything else was a blur including the bruise of my heart. And I knew it was God’s way of telling me that He is with me all the days of my life most especially in the new paths I’ll be traversing.♥

  1. Paris Disney, much more interesting! Would love to go there. I thought I would just be calm entering this place. But I was a kid for a day. No regrets. 😄💚
